I believe there are cases for using and not using SCRUM. It is not a silver bullet and you need to utilize what is best for different scenarios. Here are my 10 reasons to when to USE and NOT to use SCRUM.

Actually, very insightful. Demonstrates someone who thinks they know what they are talking about, despite being totally clueless about the subject matter. You pretty much have to assume that "more agile" means cowboy coding, right?
