The ten reasons are very good... the only objection I have is the indictment of "buzzword methodologies" at the end. It's ironic that most of these (I'm most familiar with scrum) are designed to tackle a good chunk of these ten issues.

I guess I should have made it clearer that I wasn't indicting those methods, only their misuse or the cargo culting of them, particularly when used as political cover for bad practices.
