Japanese for Perl??? Only 38 keywords as opposed to 4942 functions in PHP (disregarding the fact that functions and keywords aren't at all the same). Maybe the writer should write about what he likes instead of trying to write about things he doesn't seem to understand. It might be a lot more readable.
