No value. Websites were most likely not designed by designers/developers by trade. Also, anyone can make a list of N websites and say something is wrong with them, but without any critical analysis, what good is it?

I wouldn't call these sites ugly... just old. These sites remind me of the 'freewebs' phase years back. (I think I might of made a site like this at one point)

Calling someone's work ugly IMO is in as poor a taste as calling someone ugly. What would be useful though is to point out specific mistakes each site makes and show contrasting examples where it's done right. Also, some sites are intentionally bizarre to generate buzz/hits.
