It seems like a good list, but the commentary is not in English. For us unfortunate monoglots, there is no way to glean value from the commentary.

Although the commentary may not be available on this page for you, he at least goes through the trouble to cite his original source for most of those frameworks. That page does have commentary in English: http://hiddenpixels.com/css-stuffs/css-frameworks/
