What this's got to do with dzone???

I apologize for posting this if it doesn't belong here. I found dzone through popurls.com. I saw a "submit link" button, and assumed it was like digg. Then, when it asked for tags, it had apple and humor, which seemed appropriate, and added to my thinking that this sort of info was on this site. I have since spent some time looking around, and I see it doesn't fit well. Again, sorry if this pisses anyone off.

Thanks. Its just that there's an almost endless supply of Digg clones, and yet very few that cater to programming/software development. Sometimes I think we (or at least myself) feel that we have to fiercely defend what we have here, for fear of losing it to the masses as a nameless clone.

I hope we don't scare you off- nobody is trying to do that. We're just offering feedback about what we like & dislike :)

Not getting scared off. lol - I've taken much worse hits. I've spent some time here now, and think it's one of the best sites I've seen. Tons of useful links! I'm glad for the comments, otherwise I might not have given the site a second look, and would have just assumed it was digg lite. Obviously, I was way off.
