Ya this is a must have toolset if your a windows developer, not a web developer. This list sucks, sorry I don't think I even used half these tools when I did have windows anyways.

A plus for this IE Developer Toolbar, might get in handy once you develop something in Firefox and test it later for compatibility. I didn't know this poor clone of firebug exists. But the lists sucks ass anyway, it's a joke.
