You had me scared there for a second. But, very good post indeed. I guess my only question is would you take the job under these circumstances and if so, how would you manage them to completion?

Personally I think I would take a job in these circumstances, as I love nothing more than a challenge! So long as I felt there was a genuine appetite for change.
