His English is not bad. You complain about subject-verb agreement, but you are incorrect--that technical error does not exist in the article title. Perhaps he is referring to one beginner. Perhaps you should learn to read before criticizing others' language skills?

well i don't think there is grammatical errors in the Post. if there is some then its not a big thing coz these articles are meant for technical people and i guess dzone is a place for technical stuffs.

Voting down because of apostrophe was really funny. If you have a good luck, you may find other such mistakes too.
but it dont make that much sense.
oops i missed apostrophe in "dont" above and i don't even try to change it coz it don't make any great difference.
