I have been implementing java for several years and what I have learned: “not all Java API’s are good” but there are some open/vendor APIs you should prefer.

1- The title is confusing. Readers can take it as a statement: "Why I haven’t tried JPA." or a (poorly phrased) question "Why I haven’t tried JPA?".
2- The article doesn't present (in my opinion) anything novel, this may leave readers feeling apathetic who were excited enough to invest time in reading it.
