PHP is a very easy language to learn and many people without a big knowledge in programming are learning it to make their sites more interactive. Unfortunately, there is a big percentage of those who are unaware of the security risks. Here are most common ones.

Eh. It's a mind-numbingly basic article on some security issues, offering helpful tips like "Never trust any users on your site" and a reminder to replace the non-secure root access on a default MySQL installation with a secure, password-protected login. Wow. Insightful. Yaaaawwwwwwwnnnnn ...
It's thinly veiled spam, and spam which wants you to read crap at that, which makes it especially evil. There are almost an infinite number of better articles on PHP security online.
