I have been using Firefox as my primary browser for a long period, and now its place has been taken by Opera, but Firefox remains my second choice, when Opera seems to have problems with various sites.

"I have been using Firefox as my primary browser for a long period, and now its place has been taken by Opera"

So what?

1.) I don't know why people are voting against this. If it's a valid security concern, why should the poster be punished for reporting it?
2.) "I have been using Firefox as my primary browser for a long period, and now its place has been taken by Opera". Why is this statement offensive? At least the poster used correct punctuation.

I agree, je88484 - are these down votes an expression of something like "firefox solidarity" because I see no fundamental flaws with the man's report of a security problem? I vote up in opposition to the "tyranny of the majority" downvoting I see here.

The guy is telling the world that he prefers Opera over Firefox.
He also reports a flaw in FF2 and Opera.
I read the blog because of the misleading title. Not very informative. Uninteresting.
Voted down.
C'mon, there is no tyranny here.

I don't understand what is this still doing on the main page. This is a pure linkbait, with not a single link leading to relevant content. DZone is making this guy quite some money on all the ad links in the article that have nothing to do with the content.

Well, I'm back. Yes, the commenters make valid points. Perhaps it should be a point of etiquette to give reasons for voting down. At least for the sake of enlightening others as to what to avoid in a blog posting. I'm not voting again, though.
