When we’re stressed, we tend to become more stressed. That’s because when we’re rushed and harried, we cut corners. We don’t take the time to do the little things that, though not difficult or time-consuming themselves, can end up saving enormous amounts of time and trouble.

Yes, most of the tips are good. A couple of them didn't make sense... :) but, that's ok. Tips are still applicable to software engineers, programmers at work.

I think the list is very short: there are as many stress relief tips as there are stress causes. I see many programmers with perfectionist, obsessive-like traits, and it's very hard convincing them to be otherwise. Monomania is another trait I see very often in programmers. It's hard when people are proud of what makes them stressed. The intention of the article is good though...
