I've moved away from using the start selector to make every object on the page margin:0 and padding:0. Now, I use targeted elements only b/c the * selector removes the natural padding of form elements that can not be replaced using CSS. Not a very in depth article it's nothing anyone using CSS hasn't heard and 1 of a million on the same subject
