dprevite, if all goes well according to the plan, in a couple of months, any user will be able to propose new site design themes, that include choosing different color scheme, styles, layout, etc..

There will be a contest on which the users will vote on their preferred theme. Besides the eventual fame, the winning theme author will earn a money prize, a free life-time premium subscription and eventually an big elephant plush toy.

The only good thing about it is that by preparing to the exam you can actually learn a lot of useful things and fill the gaps in your knowledge. But a bad developer will only become a Certified Bad Developer by taking the exam.
