If only most designers were this talented and every website could be designed to the less pixel perfect midnset. Too often, CSS/HTML is too high of a barrier of entry for designers, and FAR too often do clients need to see a near pixel perfect mockup before they can approve a UI. Sad but true.

When your layouts are as complicated as a folded napkin, you don't need photoshop. For things that involve a little more than square solid colors, you will still have to use something.
