Essentially, whenever JavaLobby see's a blog post that they think will bring in traffic they ask the author if they would like to repost it. It's a win-win, since JavaLobby get's free content and the author get's tons of additional audience and a neato resume item like "Featured On JavaLobby front page for article ..."
