There's nothing "complete" about this, it's patchy and shallow, down to the level of "advantage: avoids the complexity of SQL" and "disadvantage: unfamiliar for SQL developers" (paraphrased, but that's the gist of it). The Wikipedia pages of the respective DB types will get you further.
