A pattern matching and strategic programming compiler for Java and C
INRIA has just released version 2.4 of Tom. It features anti-pattern matching, reflexives strategies as well as XML and bytecode transformations. It also provides an eclipse plugin and an exhaustive documentation, including a tutorial. It's all GPL/BSD.
