A simpler way to iterate over if (first) { blah } scenarios
In many circumstances joinging strings, building sql queries, building query parameters, etc. becomes a chore because the first element has a different syntax than the rest of them. Thus in order to alleviate this issue I propose a far more simpler utility class to solve this issue that I believe will go straight to your heart.
