By now you should know that I am constantly on the lookout for cool and bad features implemented by web sites all the time. Last week I was reading some posts on Christian Hielman's blog. As I passed my mouse over the navigation on the right I noticed the entire panel rotated to a flat position. It was subtle, but a nice little interactive feature. I have done enough CSS3 at this point to know how he pulls off the rotation, but I have not shared it with you. It is a very simple CSS3 rule application and requires absolutely no JavaScript or special HTML.
