No piracy. You can legally install and use Windows 7 for 30 days before you must activate it, which requires a purchased license. Evaluating the product under the terms of the EULA is not piracy.

Yup, you can just leave the CD Key field blank, uncheck the activate automatically box and click Next. Then you have 30 days to find out if you like it or not.
