Dear CEO,
What do your people feel when they wake up in the morning and have to go to work? Is it something like “I wish I could just wake up when the weekend starts”, or is it more like “oh well, I guess I have no choice, do I”? Or is it something completely different?

Some nice thoughts, but I'd like to add that it does not have to be a choice between spending money on better salaries/facilities and making the environment honest and worthwhile. Not only is it smart to do both, but it's the right thing to do as well. Take care of your employees for goodness sakes.

I was forced to use one of those herman miller aeron chairs for like 8 months and I HATED it, I could never get comfortable in it no matter how I tried, so I rolled it out of my office, went into the storage room and dug out the old clunker I had for 2 years before that, sure it doesn't look good, but damn if it isn't comfortable.
Now if I can just get a desk that I can put my feet out the front of...
