Yeah, it happens. You start it up as a simple one-app site that is going to just show a model or three. syncdb works great that first couple of times when it just creates the initial model tables in your DB. And then you have to change a model, most likely a simple thing like adding a column. Now you are in trouble. Fortunately there is a way out, and it isn't complicated. Let's get us out of that hole now.
