We care about 'done' for tracking the points we have achieved in an iteration and for knowing when we have added the value the story provides. For this post I'm interested in 'done' in terms of when we count the story towards our points total.

i deffaintely agree with the "in production" approach.
especially since ive joined a team where alot of previous "done" grading was based on sign off before any production release.

alot of rework is required in the following stories that actually go to prod, and hurt the apparent velocity of the project later on
