Nearly ten years after its inception, the Apache Software Foundation (ASF) has become a beacon of open source development. At the ApacheCon 2009 conference this week, Apache is celebrating ten years of operation, 65 projects under its wing, 33 projects in the Apache Incubator, and over two dozen codebases in the Apache Labs. The Subversion project also joins Apache today.
