Apple: Safari has ‘the fastest JavaScript engine on the planet’
Apple made some pretty big announcements at its annual Worldwide Developers Conference in San Francisco yesterday, leading the audience through hundreds of new features in OS X Mountain Lion and iOS 6 and unveiling a new 15-inch MacBook Pro. But amid all the fuss over retina displays and Ivy Bridge processors, there were some interesting tidbits about Safari, the company’s desktop browser.
