I will tell you straight up with no scientific study... hell yeah humans are getting dumber with each year. Ask yourself that question the next time you are at a crowded mall and literally get run into 10 different times by people not watching where they are going. Then on top of that, look up and yell at you as if you were the one that ran into them. Ask yourself that question the next time you see kids who can't even point out a big country like Russia or Canada on a map or even point out their home state they live in.
