Hi all, With the release of NetBeans IDE 6.1 just around the corner, we started to focus on NetBeans 6.5. It's scheduled for later this year, and one of the areas that will see lots of changes is databases. Everyone has heard about the acquisition of MySQL by Sun, and one can expect to have more support for MySQL, however, NetBeans 6.5 will offer more support for databases in general (not just MySQL). Databases will be easier to use, even for non-Java developers.
