After years of neglecting its Developer Tools Group, Borland announced earlier this year that it would sell the division off. Nine months of quiet negotiations later, Borland changed its mind. One product not on the revitalization list -- much to the chagrin of its vocal enthusiasts -- is Kylix, the discontinued Linux version of Delphi and C++ Builder.
