I'm sure by the time google was worth noting it was no longer a good idea to go work for them. Any company driven by engineers and data is one devoid of vision and creativity. If I were a business owner I wouldn't weight an ex-googler as a plus. It'd be a nightmare to have a steve yegge or mayer on your payroll...
