Build a simple application using ASP.NET MVC 4, WEB API, EF 5.0 (database first) Knockout (MVVM pattern), Breezejs, KoGrid, Autofac,... The purpose of building this app is to show how easy (and clean and elegant) it is to get data from the server and bind them on the client using MVVM pattern and all the technologies I've listed above.
