C++ is the most frequently used programming language by developers and designers. As it is compiled and free-form, it is used to create GUI’s and API’s and all other platforms. Considered as the easiest intermediate level language, C++ is best known to provide a high probability, and essential, objective-focused and standard programming features.

C#, Java, or Delphi are all easier languages than C++. All of these are (much) easier to write reliable/ productive/ maintainable code in. I mainly use Java these days, but remember the care & effort required to develop high-reliability code in C++! Java & JVM were an amazing innovation, because they made server-grade applications possible for the mere mortal. I also think the author may mean "object-oriented", when he says "objective-focused". OO is major feature of C++ (as well as my suggested languages) & definitely worthy of note, but article doesn't identify it as such.
