When it comes to choosing a programming language, there is plenty of personal preference involved. This post considers a few reasons that might make people prefer one language over another. It then asks how much personal preference matters, and how much weight should be put on it when deciding which language to use.

I think Ruby is an example where new developers think programming is fun!! Atleast when I've taught Ruby, students seem to think programming is fun as compared to programming in C... But each language has its own place and its important to understand the paradigm of a few programming languages!!
