I do not know about you but, one of things I loved about Dreamweaver is the ability to insert certain elements such as quotes and copyright symbols by using it's HTML entity character references such as adding a '&' symbol as '&'. This is something a really miss in my current chosen IDE. While this does not make it instant as within Dreamweaver, at least you can find the correct entity reference by using this char.
