Joshua Bloch showed a couple of slides to demonstrate the problems with the return keyword in context of closures at JavaPolis. It kept me thinking. I had a short look a the way it works in Ruby and think the solution could (I say could, since I'm not really in favor of adding closures to Java) be used for Java as well.
