If early releases are any indication, PHP is scheduled to receive some pretty significant updates in version 5.3. In addition to namespaces, I'm particularly interested in the addition of closures.

First it was Java and now it gets features from C#, Damn PHP it is still a kitchen sink. No thanks, I prefer well designed languages than that garbage.

@OtengiM
You are not on the position to talk like that about PHP. "it gets features from C#" for what? You mean delegate or you mean lambda function in C# 3.0? C# is not an innovative language as you may think. Python, Ruby, Javascript has closure for ages. Those languages set up a model to PHP closure.
