Useful reading, though it still pisses me off when people leave off the friggin' obvious third choice in this false dichotomy:
"...or FIX IT". I guess it doesn't start with an "L", though.

Think a bit about pragmatic ways to actually change whatever's shitty about your work environment, co-workers, bosses, employer, projects, etc.. Whining doesn't accomplish much except annoy the people around you -- if you care about it, figure out how to do something. Make a plan. Hunt for a new job. Start your own company (and don't be an asshole or hire asshole managers, as you grow).

The "America: Love It or Leave It" concept (see image in article) is also amazingly idiotic, but that's a rant for some other forum.

"Hunt for a new job. Start your own company (and don't be an asshole or hire asshole managers, as you grow). "

Couldn't that be considered part of the "Leave it"?
