Cookie law: Analytics are illegal, but we won't prosecute you. Probably
The new EU cookie law is confusing. The latest guidance released by the ICO about the new EU cookie law was released in December and it clarifies that analytics cookies will be illegal and should require user consent - but they WON'T prosocute, probably.
