Apple and Motorola are at it again, and still in Germany. Today, the Mannheim Regional Court ruled in favor of Motorola, issuing a permanent injunction against Cupertino's Cloud based services and any device that uses them. Apple has pulled several iPhone models from their German online store, though it said they are still available in brick-and-mortar locations. Apple also announced that it intends to appeal the ruling on iCloud.
