Here's a small Video Tutorial (6 minutes - HiRes) that demonstrates how to create an Ajax CAPTCHA Control using Gaia Ajax Widgets. This tutorial just like the Chat Control one is also LIVE meaning it's NOT edited at all so WYSIWYG ,)

Request for feedback...
To any of those that have seen this Video I am interested in knowing how the quality was...?
Our web-servers are located in Norway and I am particularly interested in knowing how the streaming goes across the Atlantic Ocean and abroad Norway?
We've been considering having Video located on web-servers in the US but if it's good enough we won't bother...
So does it stream nicely or do you have to "wait while it's loading" etc...?
