In this tutorial I'll show you how to use Photoshop to create Web 2.0 3D cartoon icons similar to the large Wheeler Software icon above. I'm using Photoshop 9.0.2 here but this should work well enough for other versions. For example the instructions work for Photoshop 6.0.
