David Flanagan says that Project Lambda's mailing list activity has been dwindling because Oracle engineers have become unresponsive. As a result, he's beginning to doubt that we'll see closures in Java 7. In other news, HTC has been become responsive in its patent battle with Apple. The handset maker fired off its own lawsuit against the company.
