This is a great article summarizing RBDMS theory for programmers in general. My only question is why the author felt compelled to limit the target to "Java Programmers" in the headline. Most of these concepts are RDBMS standards and not specific to Java.

@xivSolucations - You are absolutely right and I should have given a general heading! But since my blog is dedicated to Java/J2EE programmers, I wanted to target them and have them learn these concepts. After this series, I will definitely follow this guideline to have a generalized heading if it applies to all programmers. Thank You!
