Dell News Not Good For Intel, AMD, And Microsoft
It may be worth noting in passing that the comments of Dell’s (DELL) CFO during the company’s earnings call are bad news for any supplier of PC components and software. Brian Gladden said “Demand is still not improving.” If his assessment is right, sales of Microsoft’s (MSFT) Vista could be hurt and the launch of Windows 7 may not be as much of a success as has been anticipated.
