What do you enjoy most, listening to users about the problem they face or finding answers to problems that have interesting solutions? Probably the solution finding, right? It's what makes us tick.

I believe the two of these are not mutually exclusive... Working on a User problem and coming up with an attractive solution that they feel they have helped design is what I find most rewarding...
