Read the "dishonest" in the title as "misleading". It's about code readability/transparency.
The title misled me into thinking this would be a post about programmers grossly underestimating the amount of time to implement a feature (iteration, whatever), and therefore being dishonest.
Fantastic article! It should be posted in the cubicle/office of every english speaking/reading programmer in the world! If I had a nickel for everytime I looked over a broken codebase and recoiled in horror at the inaccurately named methods and BUGGY code I'd be richer than Bill Gates.

"My greatest strength, I think, is being able to give a team of really brilliant programmers a completely different way of thinking about a problem."
He is obviously a genius. How could he chose the wrong word?
