In this interview, recorded at the recent Agile 2009 conference in Chicago, Scott Ambler, Chief Methodologist for Agile at IBM Rational, shares his findings from a recent Agile Practices survey he conducted this past summer. One of the most interesting observations that came out of the survey, according to Ambler, was the disparity between what people are talking about doing and what they're actually doing.

Its always fun talking about what agile coaches say and what actually works. My colleague blogged about how we did agile planning for our recent product.
