We are very excited to share our latest version of the Ext JS Designer. This new version adds many new features to improve your efficiency creating application designs. Once you get accustomed to these features its difficult to live without them.

I don't understand the demand for a WYSIWYG tool particularly for a JavaScript platform. There are virtually no reliable JavaScript IDE tools with code completion, type hierarchies, caller/callee graphs, or even a decent source outline tree. I would much rather see more focus and better quality in this department. Eclipse Java has proven to be an incredibly powerful and quality Java IDE providing all of those features previously mentioned, ideally I would like to see an Ext-JS IDE modeled after this. But I don't want YAWYSIWYG tool (Yet Another What You See Is What You Get).
