HTML Applications (HTAs) provide a way for you to wrap your scripts up in a graphical user interface, an interface replete with check boxes, radio buttons, drop-down lists and all those other Windows elements you’ve grown to love. In this article, the first of a multi-part series, we’ll introduce the basics behind creating your very own HTA.

It's not necessary to mark something as lame just because you dislike microsoft.
The complain feature is meant to be for articles that really aren't well written, or are completely useless.

so what if is m$ junk?
i use linux as desktop, windows i have in vmware, and real boot in windows only when i need power for photoshop, but still, remember that people are good for what they are, regardless what tool they use...
